Welcoming a $370,829.18 net worth

The TSX closed today's session near 20,700 points, which is very impressive. My non-registered portfolio closed today's session at $146,746.83, my US portfolio at $5,580.26, my RRSP stocks-only portfolio at $67,529.04, and my TFSA portfolio at $130,825.35. My net worth is currently probably around $371,000.

A few days ago, I registered my highest net worth ever: $370,829.18. It's been quite an exciting journey. With still 8 months left in 2023, I'm only $29,170 away from reaching my first $400,000 net worth milestone. While $29,170 may seem like a significant sum of money, I can achieve this goal by saving $1,500 monthly from my dividend income and salary. This means I only need a return of $17,000 from my investment portfolio, which is doable, but depends on the TSX cooperating with me. I don't make enough money to reach $400,000 solely through savings, and I don't plan to take a second job just to increase my income, even when I return to Montreal in a few weeks. Currently, here is what we are dealing with in New Brunswick:

Still a lot of snow, but it's changing quite quickly, it's a day-to-day situation.

I currently have close to $500 in cash coming from my dividend distribution in my TFSA portfolio. I was thinking about investing in some TD Bank shares, but I may keep that money aside for when I will be back in Montreal. I don't have my eyes on anything right now.
