I am ready to say thank you and goodbye to LifeWorks Inc. (LWRK)

Yesterday, it had been raining for the biggest part of the day. When it finally stopped raining, the weather was just too cold for my taste. However, today was quite nice. Spring is in New Brunswick! And this is what it's looking like around here:

Look what I find! A nice truck :-)
The sidewalks are really dirty, but that's spring.

You know that you live in the middle of nowhere and like it deeply when you get to understand suddenly that an orange truck is the most exciting finding you made in the past couple of days :-) It's not a Toromont truck, but it's quite a cool-looking truck anyway.

I still haven't received my tax refund from Quebec province, I am just waiting and waiting. And while I am still waiting, the TSX is still under 22,000 points. My non-registered portfolio closed today session at $146,978.85, my US portfolio at $5,212.39, my RRSP portfolio - stocks only - at $67,480.69 and my TFSA portfolio at $130,354,03. I think it will take some time before I ever see again my TFSA portfolio in the $134,000.

I am thinking more and more about selling all of the stocks that I hold of LifeWorks Inc. (LWRK) inside my TFSA. I had been thinking about this for a little while and I really begin to think that LifeWorks Inc. (LWRK) is not good enough to be in my TFSA portfolio. I also currently have a bit of cash just waiting to be invested in something inside my TFSA portfolio. I taught it might be a good idea to combine that cash altogether and invest it all in a few more shares of BCE Inc. (BCE). This move would bring my non-registered and TFSA dividend income to an equivalent of close to $757 per month. Not so bad. While collecting dividends inside my TFSA portfolio, I always try to reinvest the money in quality dividend stock payers. If you are feeling a bit lost and have just no idea what to do with your money at the present time, you can certainly keep the money in your saving account, and you can always invest a bit in JFT Strategies Fund Class A Units (JFS.UN). JFS.UN is a reliable fund and it might help you wake up your animal killer instinct while you are trying to figure things out.

I feel like bad stocks like LifeWorks Inc. (LWRK) that I held to are just on my way and keep me from being at my best. It's like LifeWorks Inc. (LWRK) is pulling me back. Currently, I want dividends and I also want good performers. I have all that with BCE Inc. (BCE). Yes, BCE Inc. (BCE) is already in my portfolio, but I don't have a huge amount invested in it. That's why I am feeling ok investing in it again. Sometimes, the best options and the most profitable ones are the easiest ones. And I like it easy.

That's why I won't ever consider real estate as an investment. That's just me. Owning your own place comes with responsibilities and I don't want any of that.

I also currently have a small amount of money available inside my RRSP portfolio to invest.
