I now worth 48 091.64$!

The TSX is now at 10 675.68 points! I was really excited about it. And I was even happier when I read on Yahoo! (Canadian) Welcome Page that the recession was over in Canada.

I calculate the overall value of my investments and… I am now at a fantastic 48 091.64$! If only the TSX could just continue gaining points like this and reach the old 15 000 points, I could easily reach 50 000$ value in investment by doing nothing at all.

Those are good news. But still, the TSX could loose some points again. I don’t think the recession is over yet, things are just getting better. I am looking forward for a gradual progression. I want real and solid gain asset.

Healthy PGF.UN dividend

I had received 53$ in Pengrowth Energy Trust (PGF.UN) dividend. The dividend earning allows me to earn 6 extra units. I now own 636 units of Pengrowth Energy Trust (PGF.UN). And good news, PGF.UN had announces a 10 cents distribution for the month of August. In August, it’s 63.60$ I will earn from PGF.UN alone.

I received my vacation pay from my weekend job. With my next pay check of my evening job that I am expecting next week, I should be all fine to pay my living expenses for the month of August. For month of July, I am making up to 3 000$, but it’s because this month, we have a fantastic 5 weeks month. My upcoming dividend should be of 49.98$ from Bank of Nova Scotia (BNS) and 20.07$ from Just Energy Income Fund (JE.UN).

I wasn’t able to sell Dumont Nickel (DNI) yet. My order to sell the 23 000 stocks at 4 cents per stock is valid until July 31. I am confident I will be able to sell DNI at 4 cents – but the problem is I don’t know when. I would very need the order to be executed by the end of September. This way, I could pay off my TD Visa credit card debt. I only have left 2 716$ to pay. I would like to clear it all by the end of September. I cannot carry over heavy debt forever.

I am now at 47 154.39$!

And guess what, I am now only missing 2 845.61$ in order to finally reach my first 50 000$! I had been working on this project for about 3 years now and it’s about time I reach my goal! Those are exciting times for me. I am sooo close to my goal!

This week had been crazy. It had been a great week, at the exception that I ruin out of luck for my weekend job as I call too late to say I was available. I really have enough of that job and I am looking forward to get something else. I had been working there for a very long time now and I don’t even get a little of respect and consideration. At least, I am getting my vacation pay for next week. Seem like in life, all my frustrations are coming from my jobs. Can I wait any longer to leave the workplace? NO… lol.

This weekend is going to be the first time I ever had 2 days off in a row for a really long time! Hope it’s going to be a nice weekend. I plan to work on some other HubPages articles to occupy myself and forget about my problems.

I just purchase 100 units of PGF.UN at 8.67$

What a hot deal! 100 units of Pengrowth Energy Trust Income Fund (PGF.UN) at 8.67$ each! And the TSX up to 10 312 points! It would be nice if Pengrowth Energy Trust could get higher in value today. The value of my stock portfolio is now at 21 759.21$!

A day full of surprises!

I was extremely tired today when I wake up and I only bring Noodles for my lunch lol. I went to bed at 5AM! What to do with a 1 000$ in my banking account?

This “afternoon” lol when I wake up, I went online on my banking account and… oh surprise I had 1 060$ available! I was very excited because this meant that I could to my next investment as soon as this very upcoming Friday! I visit a TD Trust branch before going to work to make a deposit of 200$ on my credit card and 800$ on my credit line. I only have left 2 916.42$ to pay on my credit card (which is at a special interest rate) which is not that bad. I should probably pay off this debt but guess what; I have a transfer offer coming from RBC at 2.99%... Just so hilarious. I am not even done with a special interest rate from TD Visa that I am going to get another on, even at a cheaper interest rate, with RBC Visa!

My very next investment

Today, Pengrowth Energy Trust Income Fund (PGF.UN) close at 8.62$. I plan to purchase 100 exra units of Pengrowth Energy. After what, it’s 630 units of PGF.UN that I will own. My dividend income with Pengrowth Energy Trust Income Fund (PGF.UN) will increase from 53$ to 63$.

Thinking about it, it’s easier to make money from dividend than to make money online from advertisements, articles and other lol. I am very happy with this upcoming investment. After this, I am going to be done with Pengrowth Energy Trust Income Fund (PGF.UN) investment (remember the diversification rule!!).

After what, I will be at 1 791.32$ in yearly dividend income for 2009! I will than be very close to my goal which is to reach 2 000$ in dividend income by the end of the summer.

My weekend job is back!

I listen to my voicemail late in the evening. I had one message saying that work is back available at my weekend job! The break didn’t last for long. Now that I have 60$ left in my banking account, I really need my weekend job back. And it’s now back!

I received 13.13$ in dividend from Pembina Pipeline Income Fund (PIF.UN)

I think I might have done some mistakes with my Dividend Calendar Earnings because I had received Pembina Pipeline Income Fund dividend on today. I received 13.13$ in dividend from PIF.UN. It was a huge surprise to see I had 13.13$ in cash in my broker TD Waterhouse account when I open it up this evening.

As you can see, my day had been very exhausting and fantastic.

TSX at a fantastic 10 238.79 points!

The markets are so difficult to follow. When I saw the TSX falling under 10 000 points previously last week, I taught that, maybe, maybe Derek Foster was right after all! Should I sale everything all just like him?

I am not a specialist, but my answer to the question has always been the same: there will be no sale! And look now, the crazy TSX going up again! UP TO 10 238.79!!! But be ready to see the TSX down to under 10 000 points at any time as Obama announced he’s ready to have even more job losses in the US in the upcoming! Derek Foster might be right after all!

My HubPages adventure

Anyway, while TSX was acting foolishly, I worked on different articles for HubPages. HubPages is very fantastic! It’s allowing “writers” (like myself lol) to make money from their articles. I find it so difficult on Associated Content!

HubPages is a lot easier because as soon as your article is ready, you can publish it. I got 2 articles of mine flag because of too much of “self-promotion” lol. But I remove all appearances of My First 50 000$ and voilà, the 2 articles where back online the day after! Vey quick, easy and fun! So far, I wasn’t able to make any money from my articles. My Google AdSense income for now remains the same. Sniff sniff…

What to do with a 1 000$

This month, I will have 1 000$ available for investment. I taught about investing 1 000$ more in the Creststreet Alternative Energy Fund. But than, I remember my dividend goal, and I taught, why not try to invest 1 000$ in Pengrowth Energy Trust (PGF.UN)?

This month, I will receive 53$ in dividend income from Pengrowth Energy Trust. If I purchase 100 units extra, it’s 63$ I could received each month in dividend income. Almost enough to purchase a metro pass. But see, it’s begin with a “enough to purchase a metro pass”, an a “enough to pay my monthly Internet bill”, “enough to make the minimum payment on my student loan”, “enough to pay my rent”, “enough to pay my groceries” and…
