On September 9, 2010, I reached the
$100 000 in assets!

You now have 90,000 in assets so you lost 10,000 since 2010

Please just buy vdy.to in your non register act.
Vig or vtv and or vanguard FTSE etc in your rrsp
I know buying individual stock make us feel more like we are investing. But diversify properly is a key for long term success.
You don't have enough money to trade them. Many of your stocks are small caps, which could be very volatile.
Since you don't even want to pay extra $10 a month for your rent, why would you risk your portfoluolio with these not very diversified stocks.
Just my little thought. Thanks

Woohoo! That's more than 5,000$ since your last update in September. Excellent job! :) Is this the highest your portfolio has ever been? I know my own portfolio is at new highs thanks mostly to the S$P 500 gains lately. Glad the US politicians have come to an agreement, for now at least.

Quite a bit of leverage, 91k equity, 81k debt.

You should also state all your costs - ie interest you are having to pay on what you owe - which is around $82,000 (plus interest).

That would then be a more realistic picture. You are still invested in some very risky stocks. Overall - you are not doing as well as you seem to want to portray.

Thank you
