This is a great time to be an investor - so enjoy the moment because I know I am

I won't forget anytime soon the month of November 2020. It's been an amazing fun rally for my portfolio. In the space of only a month. I went from a $240 433.32 net worth to a $253,587.03 net worth back on November 24. I started the year 2020 with a $239,582.44 net worth.

Many great things are happening in my investment portfolio. First, inside my non-registered portfolio, Bank of Nova Scotia (BNS) finally started to grow again. I am currently experiencing a gain of 10.24%, for the shares that I hold inside my non-registered portfolio. Inside my RRSP portfolio, my BNS shares on a cutie 0.74% gain. Let's go BNS! Shake it up.

I have a margin value left of $21,831.61, with a margin debt of $47,484.89. In the circumstances, I am thinking about taking the shares that I own of Telus Corp (T) inside my non-registered portfolio to do a contribution in kind for my TFSA portfolio. This could be a great move to make, especially knowing that I have contribution room left for my TFSA. Over the past years, I like to use contribution in kind to contribute to my TFSA. It's quite an easy and effective way to use existing investment and make some capital and enjoy dividend distribution free of taxes. And because of that, over time, the list of stocks that I own inside my non-registered portfolio is getting shorter and shorter.

Other great things are happening for my non-registered portfolio. One of my long time holding that I really like, New Flyer Industries Inc. (NFI), is on a gain of 55.74%, just to name that one. I am experiencing great gains for many other stocks that I hold inside my non-registered portfolio. Even my investment in Aphria Inc. (APH) is starting to get better. I ready to hold on to APH until I recover and when that happens, trust me, it won't be long that I will flush out of the wood all the stocks I own of APH, or maybe I will just keep a third of the shares I will have to see.

Believe it or not, I am currently experiencing a little gain with Nutrien Ltd. (NTR), +%62. It took quite a long time, but it finally happens. This stock was offering a much better performance when it was standing alone as Agrium Inc. (AGU). I miss Agrium Inc. That stock was among my top performers. What Agrium had become doesn't meet my expectations.

One of my latest investment, JFT Strategies Fund Class A Units (JFS.UN) is on a gain of 2.25%. Things are slowly getting better for Boyd Group Services Inc. (BYD), which I am now on a little loss of only -0.97%. Just like it had been for Bank of Nova Scotia (BNS), this pandemic was quite rough for Canadian Imperial Bank Of Commerce (CM), but CM is slowly getting better and inside my TFSA portfolio, CM is experiencing a gain of +0.79%.

A while ago, Derek Foster announced that he had sell partly or all - Savaria Corporation (SIS). Personally, I hold some stocks of SIS in my non-registered, TFSA and RRSP portfolio. And I hold SIS in there even before it has become a "hot" Derek Foster stock. Because of that, I had experienced great gains on Savaria Corporation (SIS) inside my non-registered portfolio. I am thinking about partly sell that investment.

Otherwise, when I look at my 3 stocks portfolio, I am just amazed and I simply cannot help it. I am the TSX Queen with a big Q, that you like it or not.
