Welcoming a $249,158.71 net worth

The TSX closed the trading week on a majestic 17,019.10 points, even exceeding the 17,000 points. We are lucky to be there. It looks to me as being an exaggerated positive reaction from the market, especially knowing that today, Toronto announced a lockdown starting Monday, but let say that for the moment, I am enjoying the gains. and of course, like usual these days, I quickly post an update of my investment portfolio. It's another "short cut" style version. I begin to like that shorten version.

My net worth is now at $249,158.71. I wasn't missing much to be sitting on a 250k. A 250k net worth is nothing new to me. I had a 250k back in January 2020. And shortly after, in February 2020, I was reaching my highest net worth value ever: $257,187.44‬. We could say that in 2020, I saw it all and we are not done with it yet. So far, November had been an awesome month for my net worth. I went from $240 433.32 back on November 9, to $249,158.71 on November 20.

Inside my TFSA portfolio, Northland Power Inc. (NPI) registered a gain of +3.87%, and inside my non-registered portfolio, New Flyer Industries Inc. (NFI) registered a gain of +5.58%. Boralex Inc. Class A Shares (BLX), a stock that I hold in both my TFSA and RRSP portfolios, registered today a gain of +3.292%. For NPI and NFI, I don't see any reason for the gains, but the case of BLX is different. BLX made some interesting acquisitions.
