Today, my stock portfolios gained over $1,300. Between this past Friday and today, my net worth increased by a couple of thousand dollars, but that's mainly because one of the institutions where I hold my RRSP through work had its website under maintenance all weekend. So when I updated my net worth on Friday, I used an approximate value based on what I had in mind. In reality, the actual number was much higher than expected, which explains the large gap between my Friday net worth and today’s.
I wonder if I can make it to 480k by Friday? :-)
