I knew I was in for something interesting when I noticed that the TSX was about to close the session at a beautiful 26,269.00 points. I ended the day with a net worth of $480,965.11. I'm now just $19,034.89 away from hitting the big 500k milestone. If I can reach it in 2025 — even for just a single business day — I’ll be quite happy.
The weather was absolutely beautiful in Montreal today. I went up Mount Royal and saw an owl! It look directly at me for a second or two. What an awesome creature. The pictures don't pay respect, but those eyes were so big and captivating!
What a beautiful view of nature! I knew that with all the rain we've had lately, Mount Royal was going to look its best. Can you believe we have this right here in Montreal? How lovely! I knocked out over 20,000 steps this evening, and it didn’t even feel like it. It’s such a great place to walk — no food, espresso, or shopping distractions. I spent quite some money lately. I will try to be a bit more careful in June.
