I hope you are having a nice summer. My last paycheque helped me make the jump into the 491k range. The fact that the TSX closed this past Friday session at a very good 27,494.35 points, with a +122.09-point gain (+0.45%), certainly helped me a lot. I knew I would be in the 490k range, but the 491k came as a surprise. There will be no posts for the next couple of days, as I will be transforming myself into... a real beach bum. I am leaving you with a few pictures of what I have been doing and reading.
Currently, I am reading The Town and the City by Jack Kerouac, and it’s absolutely amazing. If you're ever looking for a summer read, I highly recommend it. I must admit that I’ve never actually read Kerouac before. It’s a complete shame, but I am working on fixing that. I started reading On the Road in French, but I must admit I found it a difficult read. It might be easier to read in an English version.
