Welcome in my non-registered portfolio Royal Nickel Corporation (RNX)!

Today wasn't the last day of the TSX and I am still alive and doing mostly well. I would like to be the very perfect and not to distracted at all by penny stock and Eric Sprott and others... But it's not the case. I had been a really bad girl today. However, I am mostly a very serious, always very honest under the skin of my blog anonymous nickname, mostly smart investor. I like blogging just to share my experience with investing. I am wasn't expecting what I did, but I did. It's already late so I am going to do straight to it: today, I had invested in Royal Nickel Corporation (RNX). I hope to do a quick hit and run on this one. If it doesn't work out, I will be stock with RNX in my portfolio.

I had been a really bad girl today, by investing in RNX, and not Domtar Corporation (UFS) like it been planned. However, no worries, by investment in RNX is a small one. I just wanted to feel alive again. I just hope I won't get my two hands stuck in shit instead. Bad bad girl.

Currently, I don't even have a hard crush on UFS, I mostly have hot flashes for Cargojet Inc. (CJT) like I really need this one in my portfolio. I felt exactly the same way when I discovered Park Lawn Corporation (PLC) on Stockopedia - and the rest is history, I made several hundred, if not thousands on PLC. PLC is my special WOW WOW WOW stock - and I have other too. But currently, CJT is the love of the moment and I have a crush.

Wish me good luck with RNX, this woman needs money.

And Cargojet Inc. (CJT), I promise a special place inside my non-registered portfolio soon. I promise.

A good news being that if I withdraw my RNX investment, my non-registered portfolio is at $183 700. Not too bad for a day that should be the last of the TSX.

Go go go ;-)

Will tomorrow be the last day of the TSX?

Donald Trump is hitting again and its create disturbance because I didn't move forward with my investment today. Donald Trump is driving me crazy. Watch out tomorrow, the TSX may drop in points because of new taxes in the US over China products. I am staying on hold for now. No new investment and I am hating "Donald" for it.

No other news for today, but my non-registered pop up to the 182k. Like everything is really possible. I am going to bed now even if I am feeling anxious. Curious may be actually be a better word maybe. Stay tune and hold on tight.

Getting closer to my next investment: Domtar Corporation (UFS)

A little while back, I bought a Bulova watch using my Airmiles points. My plan was to sell it to get a few hundred, but I finally decided to keep it. It's a $525 worth watch before taxes and the more I look at it, the more I like it and I am sooo a diamond girl. Yes, the diamonds on my Bulova watch are tiny small. My mom seems to be in need of a watch as the complaint about the one she has the one right now, so she's going to get my Guess watch, which is pretty and works really fine. It will be her gift for the hunting season, which should be a good one because the weather is getting colder in New Brunswick. I can't wait for the summer days to be gone for good. My birthday - August 27th, normally marks the end of the summer, and the beginning of the school year, a cooler weather, and autumn.

I just heard Eminem response to Machine Gun and his rap response is not really strong. It quite strange that an established rapper like Eminem response to a younger rapper. In many ways, Machine is way much sophisticated artist as he plays the guitar and drum. I just hope that Machine Gun won't ever let his daughter dress up like a prostitute like Eminem daughter for her prom. Personally, I never wear anything that shows off too much my body even I could be a Saint. Now, the next thing you know, Eminem is going to do exactly like the asshole of Marc Cohodes and reply to me on Twitter. May war be, especially with the Americans, but I am not the one who's going to die first. There're American like Marc Cohodes, Eminem, Serena Williams, and I am going to stop the list here who are really self-centered and crying babies when events don't play in their favors. I, on other hand, I am perfection. And I am so perfect that my next investment is going to blow your mind so just make sure to be ready.

Anyhow, this crazy fun let me escape the misery that I am with the no-NAFTA deal situation. My numbers are keeping up despite it all. I own it to a TSX over the 16 000 points. My non-registered portfolio closed Friday sessions at 181k, my TFSA at 80k and my RRPS stock only at 40k. And I received my pay on Friday so this girl has the $$$ to do whatever she wants. And that being to invest in something. Am I ready? Of yes! Its about time that I make my first investment as a 38 years old - am like so old now! But at least I now have a pretty diamond watch, and its all mine to keep. No selling on that one, that's for sure.

A few days ago, I had come out with three stocks on Stockopedia:

TFI International Inc. (TFII)
Cargojet Inc. (CJT)
Domtar Corporation (UFS)

Despite the current crisis client, those 3 stocks are doing fine and are trading almost on their highest value ever. Cargojet Inc. (CJT) could be a good replacement for my late Exchange Income Corporation (EIF) that I had to sell because of Marc Cohodes bad man short-selling one of my hot babies.

Now, the news is that I am going to invest in UFS. Yes, it pays its dividend in US dollars, but the dividend yield is appealing and this new investment is going to bring my dividend yield to an annual $8 754.18.

WARNING: My Aphria Inc. (APH) is a very dangerous pot stock

A few days ago, I saw on the Boulevard Saint-Laurent a Telsa car, and I find the car really stylish and the design was incredible, a real piece of art. The design is not ultra flashy like a Lamborghini car let say, but Telsa cars really have a soul of its own and its really interesting. I could have stayed on the sidewalk and kept staring at the car. It's just too bad that Elon Musk is behaving like a bad boy and making the stock value of his own company drop and going lower and lower because those Telsa cars are fascinating. The car was somewhere between blue and dark purple, a piece of art on wheels I am telling you.

The TSX is still on the 16 000 points, at least for now. I was scared to take a look at my numbers, but it's not too bad. My non-registered portfolio closed today session at $181 034.53, my non-registered portfolio at $80 383.59, and RRSP at $40 273.72. Not too long ago, I wrote a post concerning pot stocks, which are really popular right now on the TSX. If you want to really understand what I was trying to explain and check out of a real example of the volatility of pot stock, today was the day:

My Aphria Inc. (APH) lost 16.91% today, -$3.52
Canopy Growth Corporation (WEED) lost 13.62%, -$9.03
Aurora Cannabis Inc. (ACB) lost 8.89%, -$0.81
HEXO Corp. (HEXO) lost 9.21%, -$0.76

Imagine if you had invested massively in pot stocks, you would be in deep trouble and facing thousands of dollars in losses. Currently, this is the situation with pot stock in Canada. And this is the perfect illustration that pot stocks are extremely volatile and it's really dangerous. Don't ever invest too much in pot stock. Currently, I hold on to Aphria Inc. (APH). Everything was going well, this sudden drop is hurting me of course, but not that much, my non-registered portfolio exceeds the 180k today. Below 180k, I am sad. Higher, I am

I had been listening to the French debate regarding the Quebec elections, and I have to say, Manon Massé had offered the best performance. Philippe Couillard had offered the worst performance and his hitting straight out - but that's my impression only. Manon Massé may have offered the best performance, I am honest enough to recognize that, but however, I won't vote for her. I am more of an extreme right when it comes to politic and I am probably going to vote for François Legault, CAQ. But Legault wasn't super great this evening. And Philippe Couillard was even worst.

Quebec province has a lot of richness, but it seems like bad management is in the genetic code of Quebeckers and I couldn't care less, but I will vote for François Legault. Couillard is of an extreme arrogance and seriously needs to be kicked out of there, so everyone need to go to vote, even New Brunswickers living in Quebec.

Its September 11th

It look like we are getting closer to a NAFTA deal after all. At this critical point, Brian Mulroney should stay out of the public scene. Its not the role of Brian Mulroney to share his ideas for the NAFTA, he's totally out of his place and only a real Quebecker moron can possibly act that way. Brian Mulroney is the picture perfect of the real Quebecker who's stupid and think of himself as being so important... But worst for all, seem like Brian Mulroney never had any botox injection because he's looking really old and tired. Brian Mulroney actually look like an old man who's suffering from dementia. Shut up Brian Mulroney.

On a more positive note, I had been asked again if I was a student at the grocery store. But this time is special because its the first time I had been asked since my 38th birthday. Angelic still, but it doesn't really matter anymore because I have a purpose, I had found the stock that's going to be my next investment (read my last post for more info).

And just in case you'll like to know, my non-registered portfolio closed today session at $181 990.99, my TFSA at $80 580.26 and RRSP at $40 324.68. See, nothing can bring me down. Before you know it, my non-registered portfolio will be at 190k, my TFSA at 90k and my RRSP at 50k. So let's go my belove TSX, mommy knows you can do it and I love you really really much, so be kind to me.

Pot stocks: a golden opportunity or a save ticket for failure?

Its hard to move forward without any NAFTA deal, but things could be worst. In the meantime, I am glad that Machine Gun Kelly came along with his Rape Devil song, because it's so so good. And under that tattooed skin, there's something really appealing about that Machine Gun Kelly, something that might have to do with his Scandinave look maybe.

That song alone is way better than most songs Eminem release, maybe at the exception of Last Kings. Eminem is like Xavier Dolan and his The Death and Life of John F. Donovan: in different ways and for different reasons, both men lost themselves in their comfort and their talent is all rare, lazy and confuses now. Just like for 50 cents, Dr Dre, Snoop Dogg, when was the last time they actually release something as refreshing as Machine Gun Kelly?

What's the link anyway between pot stock and Machine Gun Kelly? POT.

lol

My non-registered portfolio closed today session at $181 286.03, my TFSA portfolio at $80 103.07, my RRSP portfolio at $40 462.99, and my US portfolio at $3 321.99. My margin usage is down to $98 430.56, but the best thing is, I finally found my next investment! Yeah! It took me sometime because I am really looking forward to invest in a diamond that will make me shine like crazy. And it's not a pot stock.

If you are in to get on some real stress on the back of dope stock, you can always go with my Aphria Inc. (APH), but otherwise, my ready for a wild ride, and no dividend at all, since I don't no any pot stock who are actually paying a dividend. Knowing that, it's quite surprising that Horizons Marijuana Life Sciences Index ETF (HMMJ) is paying a dividend yield close to 4%. That I don't understand. Pot stocks are too volatile and unpredictable to represent a really important part of a portfolio. Take a quick little drip just like if you'll be smoking it, but not much more, or you'll get burn and you'll get stuck with some loser pot stocks. There's nothing more frustrating than getting stuck with a stock that only makes you lose money. And the problem with pot stock is that it can happen whenever.

Pot stocks might seem really appealing right now and tempting, but it's much more important to create value for the long run. I have other things to do than worrying for my stocks all day long.

So want to know the name of my next investment coming from this list?

Its TFI International Inc. (TFII).
And my second choice:
Cargojet Inc. (CJT)
Third choice:
Domtar Corporation (UFS)

I decided to ignore for now any REIT stocks or any stocks involved directly in finance. I also avoid stocks who pay their dividend in US dollars since I will be investing in my non-registered portfolio. I think TFII is MY GOLDEN OPPORTUNITY so got to catch it FAST. NOW.

And you can always invest also in CJT and UFS if you have a lot of $$$.

Investors, this is your lucky day. How does it feel to get in the really best investment picks and all for FREE down to your throat?

Two of my top performers of the moment: Aphria Inc. (APH) and Savaria Corporation (SIS)

Yesterday was real too hot in Montreal and it destroyed all my efforts to live on as little as possible. I felt the urge for beers and some ice cream of course. I am such a bad bad girl, but the beer was good and the ice cream was quite yummy just in case you are wondering. I didn't sleep well at all. And in result, instead of buying one coffee only - like I suppose too, I bought 2. Hot heat is such a budget killer, it's not even funny. But the really hot days are now behind us and I couldn't be more happier. I hated this summer.

We don't have any NAFTA deal yet, but my RRSP portfolio (stocks only) is now at its highest value ever: $40 698.47. My TFSA portfolio is exceeding the 80k, I am now at $80 110.777. Since the TSX close under the 16 500 points, its just really normal that my non-registered portfolio closed behind, at $180 942.40, since most my money is being invested in my non-registered portfolio.

For now two days in a row, Savaria Corporation (SIS) had closed the session on its highest value ever, and in result, SIS had generated a lot of $$$ for my portfolio. I was bright enough to add SIS in my 3 stocks portfolio: non-registered, TFSA AND RRSP portfolios... WOW WOW WOW.

I had wait for this moment for a really long time, but my APH stocks are finally seriously gaining some values. It look like the single pot stock that I own, Aphria Inc. (APH) might be after all the best of the pot stocks. Just like Savaria Corporation (SIS), APH is now exceeding the $20 value per stock.

Stockopedia to the rescue: brand new investment ideas you won't be able to resist for September

The month of September is not starting on the right foot, but it was kind of expecting. Donald Trump might have taught for a second that Canada was going to sign whatever deal in a hurry because we are scared of being kick out of the NAFTA and of his stupid too short deadline, but it's not quite happening like planned isn't? The US traitors made a huge mistake by choosing to negotiate at first with a third world country where salaries are low, criminality on the rise... And what about the border problems between US and Mexico? That doesn't exist anymore? And what about the wall? Did Donald Trump forget about it?

We are not like Mexico a poor miserable country and we deserve much more respect. Canada creates richness for its citizen, with the best stock market of the wold; it's not the case for Mexicans. This misconduct of the US toward us lead directly to some more serious problems for the US in the long run because more and more Canadians will buy less and less products coming from the US. I had personally done so for the past couple weeks and its easier than you may think to buy Canadian. Currently, I am in search to find out if any anti-virus software is made in Canada, as I am currently using Norton on my computer. Remember: what you buy, in your everyday life just like on the stock market define who you are as an individual. Just got to decide if you want to be an asshole or a decent person.

I am scared about the dairy concessions we'll have to make in order to get on the NAFTA deal. I am not willing to drink any milk coming from the USA, that would be poison to my soul. It's up to each country to feed up their people from the hard work of their home farmers. If US farmers have financial difficulties, its because there're unsolved problems somewhere that hadn't been resolved. With millions and millions of mouth that need to be feed, and with a population that is much more important than Canada, it's quite strange that US farmers are experiencing difficulties. That's certainly not the fault of Canada. We shouldn't be taking advantage of. Fair trade, or no trade at all. I would like to know much the NAFTA negotiations had cost us so far. It might be several million, which is a shame, and it may drive us to no deal at all. And the next thing that could happen is a big points drop off for the TSX. I am ready for whatever will happen.

Currently, my portfolio is taking the hit, but quite gracefully. In your face Donald Trump. My non-registered portfolio closed this past Friday session at $180 280.45, my TFSA portfolio is just under the 80k, at $79 745.96, and my RRSP portfolio (stocks only) is exceeding the 40k, at $40 175.75. I really wanted to place a new investment before my 38th birthday, but I was on a too short notice and got squeeze in by my vacation week. Also, NAFTA insecurities are making hard on the market. It's not fun to invest under these conditions.

Long weekends are always nice and this one is no exemption. It's always a good time for one of my favorite fun stuff: check out for new investments on Stockopedia. I often post about new investment ideas, but lately, this list is getting better, with a mix of stocks that I wrote about before and new ones as well...

Want to take a look? There you go:

Mitel Networks Corporation (MNW)

I underline in yellow my favorites for now.

What am I looking for? It's quite simple and it's always the same thing. A chart going all the way up and with not too much disturbances of the mark of volatility, mostly dividend payer stock - but if I have a perfect chart like the one of Cymbria Corporation (CYB), I am ready to sacrifice the dividend income part. I am also looking for stocks that exceed their value of before 2008 stock crash.

This is a first fish catch. I have to go through all of those stocks and pick the one that will be my next investment. I will try to avoid any new REIT or anything in finance.

Deal or no NAFTA deal on the way

I cannot access to my broker account, but I just hope that my TFSA portfolio is still exceeding the 80k value. I can however give you my new annual dividend income (excluding RRSP) is now at a good $8 687.01

My first week as a 38 years old is about to be quite an important one, as a NAFTA deal might be on its way... Donald Trump need to come forward with a deal to impress American electors and show it off, and Canadians are in need of a NAFTA deal because we had now been waiting for a really long time.

In my case, and I hope you are all doing the same, I am extra careful at buying exclusively products that been manufactured or are being sell by a Canadian business. And its quite easy to buy product made in Canada, from toilet paper, soap, makeup, etc. Its now a necessity to buy Canadian. If we don't buy products made or own by a Canadian company, who will buy them? We should be the first buyers on top of the list. I will never buy milk made in the US. And I promise not to ever again buy any alcohol made in the USA, or to buy anything cultural coming from the USA. I also promise not to ever buy any makeup products made or coming from a US brand. Never ever again. This last one is a big commitment coming from me, but I am ready, as Donald Trump push it too hard and had been to mean to the good Canadians. Marcelle is a Canadian brand and I already use many of their products and I really like them. I also like Lise Watier eyeliner and palettes. And fact is, I already own many makeup products - no need to buy anything new for a little while...

For multiple reasons, this summer had been quite an expensive one. The one main reason being that this summer had been very hot, with many weeks of extreme weather. I had been living in Montreal for more than 10 years now and I never had suffered this much from heat waves. Usually, extreme weather last one, two-three days max in a row. But this summer was totally different. It make it difficult to fix any meal and to just do normal things. I sometimes bought 2-3 coffees just to stay awake. I also had two weeks vacation + one stay in Montreal Bonaventure Hotel. I had enjoyed myself, drank, eat out, did everything. I just came back this past Sunday from my last vacation. My next one will be in October, right on time for the hunting season, yes Sir.

During my last vacation week, I made another commitment to myself and that being to spend less. I mentally prepare quietly during that week and when I came back on Monday, I was in business. I was READY. It might sound like its nothing, but cutting living expenses the way I do it require a good spirit. And when I say cutting living expenses, its REALLY pushing it to the possible lowest, BUT while still keeping the essential on. This is what I am currently on:
-I can buy one coffee per day on weekdays, but not more than one.
-I bought the grocery I need for one week. Afterward, I can't buy any more food. And I cannot buy any alcohol (but I still have a bottle of Cuban Legendario left, thank God!). And I cannot eat out (!!!).
-I cannot spend money other than on the real basic essentials.
-I cannot buy anymore makeup or hair products... (this is hard!). And I cannot buy clothes (this is medium hard).
-I cannot buy anything new for my apartment (and I had been looking at the new Ikea catalogue...)

Its difficult, but its needed in my case and this is how I use to save money in my old days. I expect to save $1 600 per month this way, and this amount doesn't even include my dividend income, so why not. Its now my third day on this financial diet and so far, I had respected the plan and I am all proud of myself.

Your determination is the only took that will help save money among the way. I decided to give it this push for several reasons: to increase the amount of money save (I would like to permanently have a 5k in my saving account, at least), to maybe finally move and live in a bigger apartment, to place new investments and - maybe - lower the usage of my margin account.

Its my birthday!

Its finally THE day that we had all been waiting for. I had turned 38 and the world will never be the same. On this beautiful day, my non-registered portfolio closed today session at $181 960.77, my TFSA portfolio at $80 262.60 and my RRSP portfolio at $39 958.05. For the first time ever, my TFSA portfolio now exceed the 80k value. For my RRSP portfolio, stocks only, I am almost at 40k. Currently, my net worth is around $233 528. But just watch out when PBH will reach the $150 per share, its doing to be nice and sweet and we'll find out if I can handle that much love

Thank you

Thank you for visiting!
